Joe Abi Raji began the session by sharing his extensive experience in restaurant management. Following Raji, Hasna Rizmy took the stage to offer insights from a human resources perspective. She spoke about the various roles and career paths within the hospitality sector, focusing on the importance of talent management and employee development. Rizmy’s presentation shed light on the critical role HR plays in maintaining a motivated and efficient workforce. She emphasised the need for strong interpersonal skills, cultural sensitivity, and continuous learning to thrive in the hospitality industry.
