Financial Assistance

Perbadanan Tabung Pendidikan Tinggi Nasional (PTPTN)

The National Higher Education Fund or Perbadanan Tabung Pendidikan Tinggi National (PTPTN) is an agency established under Ministry of Education, where it provides education loans to students pursuing their studies at local higher education institutions.

This loan will enable students to fully or partially pay their fees and their subsistence for the duration of their study.

TESP MARA Education Fund

The Tertiary Education Programme is a form of convertible loan under Majlis Amanah Rakyat (MARA) for STPM 2019 leavers and Matriculation/Foundation/Diploma (or equivalent) 2019 holders who have received an offer to pursue an undergraduate degree in a selected field at a a selected higher education institution for the October/November 2020 intake. Students who are currently enrolled may also apply.

The application is open online from 27th August 2020 until 13th November 2020. Candidates should ensure complete information has been completed. Candidates are not required to print and submit any documents to MARA until further notice. This sponsorship offer will be published via MARA website at

Employees Provident Fund (EPF) Withdrawal Scheme for Education

This scheme allows EPF members to withdraw from their Account II for further studies in local or overseas institutions for their children or themselves.

Members can apply for this scheme by completing the KWSP 9H (AHL) form together with the relevant supporting documents. Upon approval, payments are made directly to the University. For more information, please visit
