Internal Research Grant

City University Malaysia has established an internal research fund (IRF) to encourage City University’s academic staff to pursue research in their respective area of expertise. The research funding scheme is up to RM25,000 for science & technology-related research field and up to RM5,000 for non-science & technology related fields.

By providing this scheme, City University hopes to jumpstart research projects that will be competitive enough to attract external research grants from the Ministry of Higher Education (MOHE), Ministry of Science, Technology & Innovation (MOSTI) or other commercialization granting agencies. City University Internal Research Grants is open to all academic staff of City University Malaysia.

Yayasan City University Research Grant (YCUReG) is calling for research proposals  in Humanity and Technology Development which aim to

  • publish rigorous, insightful and impactful outcome.

The Yayasan City University Research Grant is open to all academic staff in Petaling Jaya, Cyberjaya, Johor Bahru and Kota Kinabalu campuses.
