Entry Requirements

i) A Bachelor’s degree (Level 6, MQF) in relevant field with minimum CGPA of 2.50, or its equivalent qualifications as approved by the HEP Senate; OR

ii) A Bachelor’s degree (Level 6, MQF) in relevant field with minimum CGPA below 2.00 but not reach CGPA 2.50 or its equivalent qualifications can be accepted subject to rigorous internal assessment; OR

iii) A Bachelor’s degree (Level 6, MQF) or equivalent in a non-related field with minimum CGPA 2.00 as approved by HEP Senate, and with related working experience, can be accepted, subject to rigorous internal assessment; OR

iv) A Bachelor’s degree (Level 6, MQF) or equivalent in a non-related field with minimum CGPA 2.00 as approved by HEP Senate and does not have related working experience, can be accepted, subject to passing pre-requisite courses.

For International Students

International students must achieve a minimum score of 5.0 in the International English Language Testing System (IELTS) or Malaysian University English Test (MUET) with Band 3.5 or its equivalent.

Exemption: Students whose previous education was in the English medium can be exempted from the IELTS requirement by providing a Letter of Medium of Instruction.
